On Tuesday the Coupland Cowboys Cross Country Team competed at the 2026 UIL Regional Championships in Corpus Christi, and Jesus Arenas Gonzalez became the first Cowboy to Qualify for the State meet with a time of 20:41

The proposal would increase the district’s M&O tax rate by three cents and generate nearly $263,000 in additional annual operating revenue.
